Privacy Policy

Done Light is an Android application developed and published by Monkey Garbage Studio. This privacy policy explains how Done Light handles information.
Summary
Done Light does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal information or app-usage data. The app works locally on the user's device and does not require an account or an internet connection. It contains no advertising or analytics services.
Information stored on the device
Done Light stores only the information required for its timer and widget features:
- the duration selected by the user;
- the time at which the light was turned green;
- the time at which the light should return to red; and
- a small amount of per-widget display state.
This information is stored in the app's private storage on the user's device. It is not transmitted to Monkey Garbage Studio or any third party.
Permissions and Android features
Done Light uses Android's home-screen widget and alarm facilities to display the light and return it to red when the selected duration ends. It may ask the user to allow precise alarm scheduling on supported Android versions. This access is used only for the timer-expiry feature.
The app does not request internet access, location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health information or advertising identifiers.
Advertising, analytics and third-party SDKs
Done Light contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social-media SDKs or third-party tracking technologies.
Google Play separately processes information relating to app downloads, purchases and device compatibility as part of operating the Google Play service. Done Light does not receive or store users' payment-card or bank details. Google's handling of information is governed by Google's own privacy policies.
Data sharing and sale
Monkey Garbage Studio does not receive the timer or widget information stored by Done Light. No information from the app is sold, rented or shared with advertisers, data brokers or other third parties.
Retention and deletion
Timer settings and state remain on the device until the user changes or resets them, clears Done Light's app storage, or uninstalls the app. Clearing the app's storage or uninstalling Done Light deletes its locally stored information. Cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the app.
Done Light does not offer user accounts and Monkey Garbage Studio does not hold a server-side copy of the app's timer or widget information.
Support communications
If a user contacts Monkey Garbage Studio for support, the information they choose to include in their message, such as their email address and the contents of the request, will be used only to respond and provide support. Support correspondence will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes or to meet legal obligations. A user may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting the address below, subject to any applicable legal retention requirement.
Children's privacy
Done Light is not specifically directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if Done Light's features or information-handling practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. The Google Play Data safety declaration will also be updated where necessary.
